New Affiliate Application Process

10-12 weeks prior to training

Affiliate Program Design

6-10 weeks prior to training

Affiliate Plan Approval

4-6 weeks prior to training

Foundational & Model Implementation Training Process

  • Seek consultation from the State Leader 

  • Submit Affiliate plan to State Office

  • NC PAT National Center Committee Review

  • Allow 3 weeks for Affiliate Plan review & approval

  • Address feedback, seek consultation if needed

  • Upon receipt of an approval confirmation email, affiliate is in the PAT system and ready for training registration

  • Complete staff hiring process

  • Each staff  must create an e-business portal account on the PAT website

  • Program supervisor assigns staff into the affiliate

  • Staff may now register for training 

  • Registration closes 2 weeks prior to start date

  • Confirmation will be sent to training participants two weeks prior to the start date

  • Affiliate fee is billed once training is complete
