Foundational & Model Implementation Training Process

Review PAT Essential Requirements

Complete Readiness Reflection or community needs assessment

Determine funder requirements for program design

Review the Guidance for Completing Affiliate Plan

Download and complete the Affiliate Plan

Review, download and complete the Budget Toolkit

Seek consultation from the State Leader

Submit Affiliate plan to State Office

NC PAT National Center Committee Review

Allow 3 weeks for Affiliate Plan review & approval

Address feedback, seek consultation if needed

Upon receipt of an approval confirmation email, affiliate is in the PAT system and ready for training registration

Complete staff hiring process

Each staff must create an e-business portal account on the PAT website

Program supervisor assigns staff into the affiliate

Staff may now register for training

Registration closes 2 weeks prior to start date

Confirmation will be sent to training participants two weeks prior to the start date

Affiliate fee is billed once training is complete
